International Exchange in 3D Printing: Hosting KNUST Publishing Studies Delegation

Our department had the honour of hosting a group of students and staff from the Department of Publishing Studies (Faculty of Art, College of Art and Built Environment), at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, Ghana, for a one-day immersive program in 3D printing. The visit included both theoretical and practical components. Participants were introduced to various 3D printing technologies, their characteristics, and applications. This was followed by a hands-on session in which students developed 3D models using Fusion 360 and produced their own printed objects. We were delighted to welcome the group and foster this enriching academic exchange.
